Xiaomi is preparing an inexpensive smartphone with NFC and thin frames without a bang

Mi Note 4

If Mi Note 4 really looks like in photos from Chinese insiders, then the smartphone will most likely become a new hit. In the vastness of Chinese social networks, photos and renders of the alleged Xiaomi Mi Note 4 appeared – an unpublished mid-budget line smartphone. Foreign portal IGeekPhone gathered them together.

The predecessor of the upcoming new product was introduced in the fall of 2017 and became outdated by its appearance: the device is equipped with thick frames at the top and bottom of the display, as well as the physical button “Home”. Judging by the photo, Mi Note 4 will refresh the whole series.

If the photos of the alleged Mi Note 4 are true, the new smartphone has a front panel with a minimum thickness border. Front sensors are hiding from the top of the screen (camera and earpiece) – to the delight of many, Xiaomi refused to cut the display. However, it’s not worth believing in the reality of the renders above, since only Samsung managed to install such a thin top frame in the branded smartphones of the flagship Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series – it’s unlikely a Chinese corporation equipped a mid-budget gadget with such a miniature sensor panel.

  • User memory: 64 or 128 GB (depending on version).
  • Main camera: 12 + 8 Mp.

According to rumors, the basic version of Mi Note 4 with 64 GB storage will be priced at $365. Date of presentation is unknown.
