How to include GIF as background on Zoom
Now that you have changed the GIF file into a video, it is time to include it as your virtual video background in Zoom. Move and open the Zoom app. Tap the Settings button located at the top right, below the profile icon. Now, tap Virtual background located in the left pane. Tap the add button and choose the video file that you installed above. Choose it to include it as a virtual background for all your Zoom meetings.
If you want to set a virtual background to a meeting only, then initiates a meeting first. Choose the select virtual background setting then tap on the little plus at the top. Now locate the MP4 video we just changed and choose it.
Now you should view a preview of the video looping around your head. You’re all set!

Some sites like Giphy.com enables you to install GIFs directly in MP4 formats. Just move to the website and choose the GIF you want to use. Tap on the media button right next to the GIF. This should pop out a dialog box.
Simply copy the MP4 link then paste it into the browser. Once the video loads, right-tap on it and choose to save this file also you can save the MP4 file to your desktop!
