Written by Hassan Abbas

Do you want to edit Paragraph text styles? When working on a document in Numbers, Pages, or Keynote, you have an amazing feature known as Paragraph Styles. Also, the feature is labeled as Paragraph Styles. However, some people think of these more as “text styles” as they format the text elements of your document such as the headings, title, and body.

After using Paragraph Styles you can store yourself from manually formatting the size, font style, and color as you can just apply a style with a tap or click.

Also, you can customize those planned Paragraph Styles or make your own styles throughout your document. It saves you from continually having to modify the size, font style, or color of your text manually.

Here, we’ll display you how to customize existing and make new Paragraph (or text) Styles in Numbers, Pages, and Keynote.
