At the moment it is not clear what is the reason for the “fall” of Telegram: in the official Twitter-account of the messenger there is no news, as in the profile of Pavel Durov.

Until today, the last major failure of Telegram was at the end of March 2018. Then the equipment overheated in one of the data centers and the repair was repaired relatively quickly.
