This problem can be solved by reducing the settings to a minimum and that might do the trick. Enable 4XMSAA and See What Happens

Step 1: Open device Settings.

Step 2: head to the Applications.

Step 3: Locate PUBG Mobile.

Step 4: Tap and Clear Cache, don’t tap Clear Data.

Step 5: Now head back and open the Developer Options.

Step 6: Scroll Down and Enable 4XMSAA.

Step 7: Now Go back and Open PUBG Mobile again.

Use the Game Tuner App

The app was not found in the store. 🙁

Step 1: Open Play Store and search for the Game Tuner or click on the link above.

Step 2: Install the Game Tuner and open it.

Step 3: Then head to Mode > Custom Mode and tap Save.

Step 4: head to the Game tab and Choose PUBG Mobile.

Step 5: Click on the 3 dots > change the Frame Rate to 30 and Resolution Ratio to 50.

Step 6: Tap Save and close the Game Tuner.

Step 7: Now, open the PUBG Mobile and enjoy no lag.

** That might decrease the graphics quality to low but the Lag will decrease.

Edit the File

The app was not found in the store. 🙁

Step 1: Download the ES File Explorer from above.

Step 2: Launch it and head to Android > Data > com.tencent.ig

Step 3: Then head to File > UE4GAME > ShadowTrackerExtra > ShadowTrackerExtra.

Step 4: Then head to Saved > Config.

Step 5: Finally, Open Android folder and then open userCustom.ini.

Step 6: Open this file in ES Note Editor or any other editor you have.

Step 7: Now Just change the settings and make them look exactly like below.

Step 8: Save the ini file and close the explorer.

Step 9: Now open PUBG Mobile again and see the results.

Step 1: Open Safari on your iOS device.

Step 2: Discover the TweakBox App.

Step 3: Download TweakBox App on your device.

Step 4: Install Tweakbox App on your device.

Step 5: Launch It.

Step 6: Navigate to Apps > Tweakbox Apps > Filza escaped and install it.

Step 7: Download this Custom.ini.

Step 8: Open it and Copy all the text in it.

Step 9: Open Filza Escaped, head to Apps manager > PUBG Mobile.

Step 10: Head to My Lightspeed > Doc > Shadowtracker > Saved > Config > iOS and open userCustom.ini

Step 11: Remove all the stuff in that file and paste what you copied from the custom Config.ini file.

Step 12: Save and Close the Filza

Step 13: Now, Open PUBG Mobile and see the difference.
