Open Safari tabs as bookmarks on Mac: If you search lots of things in Safari or just visit a bunch of the same sites each day. Then you notice a quick way to save them all as bookmarks. Then, you can easily open them back up when you need to.

On your iPad and iPhone, you have a quick way to save your open Safari tabs as bookmarks. But what happened if you want to do this on your computer? Don’t worry, there’s a quick way to save tabs as bookmarks in Safari on your Mac as well and this guide shows you how.

Save Safari tabs as bookmarks on Mac

With the help of Safari open on your Mac and all of those sites you want to save in each of the tabs, just follow the steps to save them as bookmarks.

Step 1:

Tap Bookmarks from the menu bar.

Step 2:

Then choose Add Bookmarks for These [number] Tabs.

Step 3:

Select a location for the bookmarks and optionally give the group a name.

Step 4:
Now click Add.

When you head to the spot you choose, you’ll see your saved group of tabs as a folder. You can then tap each one to open the site.

But, you can also open them all up again and you have a couple of ways to do it.

Open saved Safari bookmarks

You can easily open that group of tabs using the Bookmarks sidebar as one option.

Step 1:

Firstly, Open your Bookmarks in Safari by tapping the Sidebar button in the toolbar or Bookmarks > Show Bookmarks from the menu bar.

Step 2:

Then Find the folder of tabs you saved and either right-click or hold Control and click.

Step 3:

A pop-out menu appears, choose Open in New Tabs.

You can also open the saved tab group if you save it your Favorites when you create it. Then, remember you’re showing the Favorites Bar.

Step 1:

If it’s hidden, tap View > Show Favorites Bar from the menu bar.

Step 2:

Your saved tab folder show as a single item. Just tap it and all of those saved tabs will open and note that they will replace your currently open tabs.
