Install Android 11 Developer Preview: Android 11 is right here! Available as Developer Preview 1, the update is available for the Google Pixel phones right now. However, if you got a Samsung, LG, Motorola, Sony, or any other non-Google device, you won’t get Android 11 at the moment. But we may be some OEMs that will make the Android 11 update available for their devices soon. As part of Android 11 beta, simply they did last year with Android 10.

Well, If you got a Pixel 2/3/3a or 4, you can install Android 11 Developer Preview right away. Here’s how.

Yes, installing Android 11 will perform a factory reset on your phone. It means you’ll lose all the data on it.

How to Install Android 11

Follow the steps to install Android 11:
Step 1:

Download or install the Android 11 factory image file available for your Pixel device to your computer using this page.

Step 2:

Extract/Unzip the downloaded file into a separate folder.

Attach your Pixel device to the PC via USB cable.

Step 3:

Also, open a command prompt window on your computer. Also, issue the following to boot your Pixel phone into bootloader mode:

adb reboot bootloader

└ You might get a prompt on your device to “Allow USB Debugging”, tap Allow.

Step 4:

Run and Execute the flash-all.bat script on your PC using the files we unzip in Step 2.

Step 5:

The script will reset the device and install Android 10, uninstalling Android 11 in the entire process. The device’s screen also goes black during this process. Also, it’ll restart automatically when it’s done. However, around 5-15 minutes, you’ll have Android 10 installed on your Pixel device.
