Reboot the Mac

Make sure Mac has Apple ID / iCloud Enabled

Sign Out & Sign In to iMessage on Mac

At first, Open the “Messages” app on Mac.

Now pull down the “Messages” menu and select Preferences.

Make Sure Message Forwarding is Enabled on iPhone
