Fortunately, there’s a really simple solution. In order to fix this problem, you guys have to delete the Quick Access cache and File Explorer’s history as well.

Open This PC In File Explorer
Then just open File Explorer. Head to the View tab and click the Options button. In the Options window, open the ‘Open File Explorer to’ dropdown and choose the ‘This PC‘ option.
Clear File Explorer History
On this very same window, just look at the bottom section called ‘Privacy’. There’s actually a ‘Clear’ button that will delete the history File Explorer maintains of your frequently accessed files and folders as well. Tap on it.

Whenever you guys have nothing running on your PC, and then it’s a system resource problem. The above steps will also fix the message for a while. However, if your system is dated it will then eventually return as well.
