Follow the steps carefully to install Android 10 on Samsung Galaxy M20:
Firstly, Download LineageOS 17 ROM.
Now, Download GApps. Make sure Do NOT extract the downloaded zip files.
Switch off your device and boot Galaxy M20 into TWRP recovery mode.
Then press and hold Volume Up key + Power key simultaneously. After pressing the keys TWRP logo appears, let go of both the keys.
Note: If you are not able to do so, use the TWRP Manager app from Google Play Store.

Once done, take Nandroid backup. This is the backup of your current Android OS.
