The latest beta builds likely concentrate primarily on bug fixes and security enhancements to the OS. But there are some little changes to other features specifically in iOS 13.4 and iPadOS 13.4. Including redesigning the Mail toolbar. It helps to stop accidental deletions of emails on iPad and iPhone running iPadOS and iOS 13 current versions. Also, it supports iCloud folder sharing and some latest Memoji features. However, system software remains in beta.
