The apple company did not let the weekend without publishing the sixth beta version of iOS 11.4 for developers. This update comes only three days after the fifth beta and more than a month after Apple officially released iOS 11.3 for everyone.

If you are registered in the developer program of the Cupertino firm, you can download this new beta from the Apple Developer Center. Now, if you previously had an older version of iOS 11.4 or macOS 10.13.5 installed on your iPhone, iPad or Mac, the update will appear as available soon.

The news that will come with iOS 11.4

As we already mentioned before, the update of iOS 11.4 brings new features in ClassKit, the framework for education of Apple, and also comes with some features that we saw in iOS 11.3 beta but did not reach the final version, among which are Messages in iCloud, AirPlay 2 or Apple TV available in the Casa app .

Similarly, although initially there were indications of the compatibility of HomePod with stereo sound, because this feature was seen in the first beta version of iOS 11.4, this element did not work correctly and the option was eliminated in the second beta version.

With six betas released to this day, we can say that the Cupertino signature is nearing the end of the trial period of iOS 11.4, so we’ll probably see a public release in the coming weeks.
